Fallen harper, granted pleasure
Lively banter, carnal treasure
Wanting higher, wisdom given
For another sought out vision
A ship for those that ride the wave
Of crashing tide we all must brave
Bearing winds, unfettered storms
Through learning lessons of all forms
And soon one finds on one’s due course
A captain’s lust for outer force
Fighting fair, thrown dust in air
To blind the friend of share and prayer
We give and take until we break
All things that make us yell and ache
And all along the paths we take
The songs of sirens drown from our wake
