Hello again,

I hope you all had a fun Halloween! Mine was spent writing… I swear I have a bit of a life. NaNoWriMo is here, and I’m sure many of you are tip-tapping away or even scratching away on paper. I know you all can fill your goals for this month! I will update my word count on the sidebar, if anyone is interested in my progress on The Washcloth, a Victorian-era dark fantasy, book one of the seriesΒ The Confounding Oddities of Lachesis Grim.

Thank you all for such amazing support in such a short amount of time. It has always been a dream of mine to inspire a few to take up the pen once again and give it the respect it deserves, though I know many of you already do, so perhaps I’m preaching to the choir!

I would just like to list a big thanks to a very special person who has nominated me for her “One Lovely Blog Award”. I don’t believe I’ve ever been nominated for anything before, so thank you for that, Gail. You’re very sweet for doing so.

As a side note, I’ve started crafting a special line of quill, aptly named the “Clover”, after the Cayuga the feathers were moulted from. I will make a post soon about how to make them yourself, if you so choose! Please visit The Market for more information. This is a not-for-profit site, and all proceeds go back into giveaways, projects and charitable means. More information on selections of charitable ventures at a later date… But there will be polls!

Now, without further ado. The moment you’ve all been waiting for… The winner of the Three Small Tokens of Thanks is noneother than…

Congratulations, and thank you for also being so active on the site, juanichts. Just so we’re all on the same page, all numbers are calculated fairly, and all authors are counted once to make it fair for everyone in the draw. All winners are selected via a random number counter and always will be.

Don’t worry though, everyone. This is the first of many of the bigger giveaways to come, so please subscribe via email on the sidebar so you’re notified right away of any Odds & Ends giveaways!

Because this was a two-part giveaway with the Plumix & Pocketbook, I will resume Odds & Ends next Wednesday. I have quite a bit of work to do after all!

See you all next time, on Sayer Teller’s Odds & Ends!
